ROWING COURSE:
The buoys running parallel to the beach (one red, one green and the rest yellow), which mark the swimmer’s lane remain in place and do not follow the line of the course. The yellow chains between them will be removed for the event.  PLEASE NOTE: You are required to remain shoreside of the large green buoy at the end of the new pier.   

Start at the Western end of the harbour, row approx. 800 m to buoys at the Eastern end of the harbour in front of the sea wall and return to the start. Stations are numbered from the INSIDE of the course.

TRAILER PARKING:
Please ensure you unload your boats and remove your trailers ASAP.  Please follow directions from the DRC marshalls and unload/load in the designated area and then park the towing vehicle in the area advised by the Marshall.

SCRATCHINGS:
Will all clubs please notify the Regatta Secretary (Jacky Silk/Julie Hall) of any scratching’s/name changes NO LATER THAN 30 MINUTES BEFORE the start of the first race, at the officials stand located on the beach.

CAPTAINS/SAFETY/COXSWAINS MEETING:
Will be held at the regatta Control located on the beach at 10.00am.

LATE ENTRIES:
Will be accepted subject to there being no more than 10 boats in any fours event and 12 boats in any pairs or sculls event (unless the Umpires or Judges have deemed extra crew(s) may race and space on the course permits).

FIRST AID:
Situated between the starters and food tents, utilising DRC fully trained members.

WATER SAFETY:
All Clubs to abide by CARA Water safety Code

AGGREGATE TROPHIES:
The Junior Aggregate Trophy, The Castle Trophy donated by C. F. Bollans Esq, is awarded to the Club gaining the highest number of points in the Men’s Junior Fours, Women’s Junior Fours, Men’s Junior Pairs, Women’s Junior Pairs and Men’s Junior Sculls.

The Senior Aggregate Trophy donated by William F. Bingham BEM, is awarded to the Club gaining the highest number of points in the Men’s Senior Fours, Women’s Senior Fours, Men’s Senior Pairs, Women’s Senior Pairs and Men’s Senior Sculls.

The Grand Aggregate Trophy, the Coronation Cup, is awarded to the Club gaining the highest number of points at the regatta in the following events; Men’s and Women’s Senior Fours, Men’s Junior-Senior Fours, Men’s and Women’s Junior Fours, Men’s and Women’s Novice Fours, Men’s and Women’s Senior Pairs, Men’s and Women’s Junior Pairs, Men’s Senior Sculls, Men’s Junior Sculls, Men’s Novice Sculls, Women’s Novice Sculls, Women’s Double Sculls, Open Masters Fours 40+, Open Masters Fours 50+ and Women’s Masters Fours 40+.

The Roger Cuff Trophy is awarded to the club with the most sculling points.

The Dai Rees Memorial Trophy is awarded to the first Kent Junior-Senior Crew across the finish line in the Junior-Senior Fours race.

POINTS AWARDED FOR AGGREGATES:
1st Place: 5 pts,      2nd Place: 3 pts,      3rd Place: 1 pt.

DOVER REGATTA PRIZES:
Will be presented approximately 30 minutes after the finish of the last race.
