Junior Members

Welfare Officer:

Every rowing club with Junior members appoints a Welfare officer to advise the club committee on compliance with all procedures and to act as a focal point for reporting any concerns by Junior’s or other members of the club.

Our Lead Welfare Officer is Damion Napier and also Jacky Silk should you wish to speak to a female.

Please feel free to contact Damion or Jacky at any time if you have any concerns or questions

Junior Coordinator/Coach:

At Dover Rowing Club the Junior Coordinator is Jasper Mallet.

The Law on Alcohol and The Under 18s:

There are a number of laws around alcohol and under 18s so as a individual it’s best to have an understanding of them. Some of them could also land you and the Rowing Club in trouble if you unknowingly break them.

Please take a look at the link below and make yourselves aware of them.
