Dover Rowing Club’s Junior Woman’s Four picked up the Coast Amateur Rowing Association trophy at the CARA Presentation dinner and dance. This was after a dominant season where they finished first amongst CARA entrants in all races involving the full crew. The crew of Ella Cook, Nikki Leggatt, Holly Hannington, Emily Harvey coxed by Vanessa Ware secured seven wins through the season. The dominance of the crew was re-enforced by Cook and Harvey also taking the highest Woman’s Junior points title thanks to their Woman’s Junior Pairs wins, with Leggatt and Hannington ranked second.

Dover Rowing Club took a number of second places at the awards including the CARA League with 479 points. They were also second in the CARA Grand Aggregate and, with 18 counting wins, were the highest placed Kent club in both competitions.
In addition, Dover secured second in the Open Senior Aggregate along with second in the Woman’s Aggregate.
